HVAC Air Distribution System Upgrades 1. Replacement of eight air handling units (AHU) AHU-2B, AHU-2C, AHU-2D, AHU2E, AHU-2F, AHU-2G, AHU-3NW, and AHU-3SW; 2. Removal of supply fan (SF-1) and associated ductwork in the south mezzanine; 3. Removal of supply fan (SF-2) and associated ductwork in the east mezzanine; 4. Removal of smoke exhaust fan (EF-7) and associated ductwork. 5. Replacement of rooftop unit (RTU-1) and rooftop unit (RTU-2) on lower roof; 6. Replacement of all medium and low pressure ductwork and units associated with rooftop units; 7. Removal of all abandoned ductwork, chilled water piping, abandoned electrical, plumbing and all other abandoned appurtenances above the ceiling; 8. Provide a new air distribution system for each rooftop unit with medium and low pressure supply duct and hybrid ducted return, properly zoned with separate VAV boxes for each zone. Hot water reheat coils at the VAV boxes to control temperature and humidity; 9. Provide new compatible unit controllers on the new equipment for the existing Johnson Controls building automation system; 10. Removal of abandoned in place elevator shaft pressurization fans SF-3 and SF-4 on upper roof. 11. Pre-Testing of the following systems: a) Test and Balance b) Building Automated Systems c) F/S Dampers d) F/A Systems
