Contractor shall provide Full inspection of entire Metal roof per specification requirements.Contractor shall Provide complete written report of entire metal roof inspection and include recommendations of repairs throughout the entire roof, and specifically in arears communicated of actual leaks.Contractor shall provide ladder. DHR does not have sufficient ladder to reach roof.Estimated (4) four hours to review entire roof for leak areas & problem areas.Awarded Contractor shall coordinate and schedule roof inspection in advance with Director Nicole Parker and/ or Finance Officer, Becky Carroll prior to inspection. Point of Contacts shall identify arears of leaks and other related concerns at inspection.Awarded Contractor shall meet with Director, Nicole Parker and/ or Finance Officer, Becky Carroll after roof inspection to discuss assessment findings and recommendations. Contractor shall then submit a Full written report of entire roof assessment and include findings and recommendations of repairs throughout the entire roof, and specifically in arears communicated of actual leaks. Written Inspection Report shall be submitted no later than January 3, 2025, 4 p.m.
