Provide 24/7 access to professional Counselors for students via toll-free telephone, email, or an app, to include unlimited consultations. Range of topics/issues may include, but not limited to: a. Trauma/crisis counseling; b. Anger management; c. Stress/Anxiety; d. Financial services; e. Legal services; f. Depression; g. Grief; h. Childcare referrals; i. Elder care guidance
