The Commissioning Services shall include, but not be limited to the following: A. Design Phase 1. Develop a design phase commissioning plan including a management strategy and list of features and systems to be commissioned (MEP systems and the building envelope). An initial draft of the plan shall be submitted for review and comment by the Town. 2. Review of both the completed Design Development Documents and 90% Construction Documents. Prior to bidding the CxA will review the 100% Construction Documents. Perform a review and verify incorporation of mid-design corrections. Comply with the requirements of High-Performance Building Standards Enhanced Commissioning. 3. Assist, review, and approve development and updating of the Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and the Design Record documentation by the Design Team members specifically the Basis of Design (BOD) Narrative for inclusion into the commissioning plan. (At minimum per the Mandatory Requirements in section 16a-38k3(a).
