The scope of work for this project is to provide transportation services of three (3) double wide trailers from the TSA CNR Tunnel located on the WV Turnpike (off of Paint Creek Road) to Patriot Guardens Apple Orchard located at Muddlety, WV. The objectives for this project are as follows: • Provide a transport vehicle that can safely and legally transport a mobile home. • Remove underpinning, decking and any external, if equipped, HVAC appliance that is not attached to the trailer. (This equipment will need to be moved to the new location.) • Disconnect all utilities that are currently onsite at the pickup location, contractor is responsible for this. • No hook up of utilities at the delivery location is required. • Provide all equipment and materials necessary to prepare trailers for transportation. Axels will need to be provided. Furniture inside remains and will need to be secured for transport. • Provide all equipment and materials necessary to set trailers at new (delivery) location, including concrete blocks. • Delivery destination has been cleared for arrival. • Three trailers will be moved: o #6 28’ x 70’ at approximately 88,200 lbs. o #7 26’ x 52’ at approximately 60840 lbs. o #8 28’ x 70’ at approximately 88,200 lbs. • Contractor is to Obtain all necessary permits and licenses to complete the move as required by law.
