Citizens Property Insurance Corporation (Citizens) is seeking competitive sealed proposals (Proposals) from firms (Vendors) capable of providing lean, agile, and continuous improvement training services to Citizens employees (Services). Citizens leverages lean, agile, and continuous improvement methods to ensure efficient and responsive business operations. Citizens employs coaches, trainers, and other domain experts to support over 40 teams and approximately 400 people who deliver a variety of services for the organization, both technology and non-technology centric. Vendors awarded under this RFP will work with Citizens to produce, maintain, and deliver the trainings and any training and certifications in the most effective way.
