The foreman and two flaggers shall not be assigned any other duties and will not be used or counted as operators or laborers. The minimum staffing per crew shall be four (4). Debris Classification. All storm or disaster-related debris will generally be categorizeds into one of the following types: • Vegetative Debris (Trees, limbs, stumps, grass, etc.) • Marsh Grass Debris •Construction and Demolition (C&D) Debris • Household Appliances and Household Waste • Household Hazardous Waste • Electronic Waste • Earthen, Stone, Sand, and Rock Debris • Mobile/Manufactured Homes and Campers •Boats and Watercraft less than 26 Feet in Length • Small Engine and Off-Road Utility Equipment • Passenger Vehicles and Light Trucks Debris Management Site (DMS). A location provided by the Contractor and approved by DOTD. The site will also be evaluated and approved by LDEQ and the local government authority for the purposes of staging, reduction, or final disposal of disaster-generated debris. The activities conducted at these sites might include: • Woodwaste Chipping, Grinding, and/or Composting • Woodwaste Burning Operations •Beneficial Use of Vegetative or Marsh Grass •Construction and Demolition Debris Staging or Disposal • Staging of Vessels and Vehicles • Staging of Special Debris (Munitions and Ordnance, Household Hazardous Materials, Compressed Gas Tanks, Electronic Goods, White Goods, and Tires).
