1. Contractor will remove all existing lifetime roof tiles, hip ridges, battens, and underlayment (tiles to be re-used for resetting). 2. Contractor will assess northside damaged plywood decking, and damaged northside (3) rafters. Damaged plywood, battens, and rafters will be replaced matching dimensions. 3. Full roof will be re-layered with (2) layers of 30 lb. felt (or appropriate roofing underlayment specified for roof lifetime tiles). All fastening will be conducted to product specifications. Dip edge will be replaced on North Side of structure, and tiles will be reinstalled. 4. Tiles that are damaged, broken, will be replaced with matching like for like tiles. 5. All pipes, flashing, and penetrations shall be properly sealed. 6. The roof shall be completed and keep the same appearance of initial design.
