Training provided by Vendor to include: - Navigation and troubleshooting of smart locker software - Help desk submission and workflow - Instructions on how to physically relocate unit(s) for future needs Installation provided by Vendor shall include removal and disposal of all shipping and packing materials, set up of software, and positioning of units per decision of the Retail Services Manager. GTCC will provide any required network jacks, duplex power outlets, etc. based on the Vendor submission, need, and availability.
