Exhibitor and Production Electrical Installation o Installation of power for exhibitors and production companies during events. o Coordination with exhibitors and production teams to determine power needs. o Provision of adequate power outlets, electrical distribution boxes, and other necessary electrical components. 5.2. Event Move-In and Move-Out o Supply sufficient labor to meet the electrical installation and removal deadlines during event move-in/out. 5.3. Supplies and Equipment o Supply electrical materials and supplies, including cables, outlets, and distribution boxes required for each event. 5.4. Licensing and Supervision o A licensed electrician must be on-site during all phases of electrical installation and removal. o A qualified supervisor must be present to oversee the work and ensure compliance with safety standards. 5.5. Reconciliation/Floor Audit Reconcile power installed and billed to power in use.
