a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings and specified herein. b. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may not be specifically mentioned. c. General Description of Work: (1) Project consists of masonry restoration and repair on the 1923 and 1955 Power Plant Additions. (a) Architectural work shall consist of masonry repointing, new brick masonry toothed into the existing, selective replacement of existing cast stone and terra cotta trim, terra cotta trim patching, replacement of existing lintels as indicated, pre-finished metal flashings, sealant repointing, plaster repair, and selective minor repainting.
