The request provides cleaning services that include but are not limited to the cleaning duties listed in this specification performed weekly and bi-monthly. Services will be provided for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor areas leased by the City of Greensboro. Cleaning services shall be performed three (3) days per week, on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm. All cleaning services must be completed before 8:00 am. A. Monday, Wednesday & Friday responsibilities shall include the following services: a. Clean all restrooms (see detailed service requirements for restrooms at #3) b. Clean and sanitize water fountains and door handles in offices and common areas c. Vacuum offices, hallways and common areas d. Empty all trash and recycling containers B. On the first and last Wednesday of each Month: Bi-monthly responsibilities shall include the following services: a. Clean inside windows and window sills b. Dust conference room furniture, table and chairs, lobby area chairs and end tables c. Mop, and sanitize floors in break areas The Contractor will be liable for moving chairs and tables to perform these services. Parks and Recreation will provide access to a supply closet.***Please Note: Contractor will be responsible for providing trash can liners and cleaning materials, including wax, sealer, finish, and all required products. Cleaning material must be EPA Registered Disinfectant or 10% Clorox Solution (This is required). All soap and cleaners must be fragrance free. The Contractor must provide MSDS Sheets for all materials. The City of Greensboro will provide tissue, hand soap and towels.
