The scope of the proposed work shall include: 1. Space modifications to create new ROTC, Cyber Security, Drone Piloting Lab and Barbering Labs and other related and similar work. The space to be modified is approximately 25,000 SF. The work will include demolition, new foundations, walls, doors, frames, windows, finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. 2. Exterior Building Modifications: A new building façade will be created using new canopies with composite wall panel clad columns, new composite metal wall paneling on face of building, application of paint on existing brick, new walks and drone landing zone. 3. Re-Roofing: The existing building will be reroofed using single ply roofing for low sloped roof areas and metal/shingle roofing for sloped roof areas. The building area to be re-roofed is approximately 250,000 SF. 4. Other related and similar work associated with the Dalton Academy/Dalton Junior High School as determined by the Owner.
