Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG)on behalf of Wiregrass Technical College (WGTC) to establish a one-time purchase with one qualified supplier who will provide Two (2) Erler Zimmer Phantom Model 7200 for their Medical Program.(hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. • The phantom must meet or exceed the following attributes: o The phantom contains a real human skeleton as well as outlines of larynx, lung, heart and kidneys (organs will create a shadow on the image), which allows taking real x-ray images like in a patient. o Phantom contains a complete human skeleton o The bones are not cut or modified. o There are no metal rods or other metal parts used to fix the bones. o The joints are secured by rubber and textile straps. The phantom is designed for training of medical x-ray imaging and allows all positioning due to the life-like articulations. o Phantom weights approximately 40 lbs o Storage case included • The phantom must be in first-owner, new condition; not used, previously owned, or refurbished.
