a. System Design and Configuration: Design a comprehensive surveillance system, including the placement of cameras and necessary infrastructure. i. Each head-end infrastructure will be network connected allowing live and recorded playback through the various system interfaces. b. Hardware and Software Requirements: Provide, install, and configure all the hardware (cameras, servers, network switches) and software required to support the camera system. i. The Successful Vendor shall provide the application software for the electronic security management system and convert selected facilities as determined by the County. ii. The Successful Vendor shall maintain all software support agreements for all installed systems, through the end of the manufacturer warranty period. iii. The Successful Vendor shall only utilize components that are the original part number or approved equal in writing from the County. c. Installation and Implementation: Coordinate the installation process, including any necessary construction or cabling, ensuring minimal disruption.
