a. Preconstruction and construction of the Fire & EMS Station No. 13 including: Construction of the new station (≈17,050 square feet). The new station will be steel framed with masonry façade. Interior spaces will likely include office space for Fire & EMS departments, meeting room, training room, fitness room, sleeping rooms, restrooms/locker rooms, kitchen, day room, apparatus bays, and other accessory support spaces. The preliminary budget for building and site construction, including the CMaR fee and general conditions, is around ~$9.9 million. b. Construction of the improvements to Fueling Facility including: Removal and replacement of underground fuel tanks. Removal and replacement of the canopy structure. Installation of new fuel pumps. Replacement of concrete pavement. Other accessory security and technology installations.
