Coordination with Stakeholders Serve as the primary project liaison between Napa County Fire Administration, the environmental and marketing/outreach awardees, and other stakeholders as needed. Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure alignment with project objectives, grant requirements, and timelines. Schedule and Timeline Management Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, tracking all major milestones and deliverables. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to the Napa County Fire Administration team, highlighting any deviations from the plan and suggesting corrective actions as needed. Reporting and Documentation Prepare and submit quarterly, and annual reports to document overall project progress, financial tracking, and resource allocation within the DS/IRC project. Report specifics and deliverables to be developed with Napa County Fire Administration. Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, communications, assessments, and approvals in compliance with BRIC requirements utilizing the Imprenta PEACE Portal. Imprenta is the current contractor for Marketing/Outreach associated with the BRIC grant.
