The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is requesting sealed proposals from Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms registered in the State of Louisiana to provide a full scope of architectural and engineering services at the recently acquired property located at 821 Washington Avenue, New Orleans LA. This acquisition supports the City of New Orleans in its housing mission. Initial inspections carried out by vendors and HANO staff have identified the need for repairs and/or replacements to the windows, roofing, ADA modifications, unit configuration, and electrical and plumbing systems. HANO seeks an architectural/engineering firm to provide comprehensive design services. These services will encompass inspection, schematic designs, final designs, construction documents, bidding/award, construction, and warranty.
