II. Scope of Work The selected contractor will assist the Newfound Lake Region Association (NLRA) in the development of engineering plan for the Shore Drive area in Bristol. The contractor will work collaboratively with the NLRA by providing technical services to complete tasks, or portions of tasks, as described in the amended Grant Agreement between the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and the NLRA (Newfound Lake Watershed Management Plan Implementation Phase 4: Culverts, Structural BMPs and Non-structural BMPs, 10/13/2021, and attached to this RFQ), specifically Task 15A as described below. Please note the numbered sequence presented below corresponds to the grant agreement. Objectives and tasks in the Grant Agreement but not included below are intentionally omitted as they will be completed by NLRA or others. Objective 3: Structural BMPs: Plan and complete structural BMPs that reduce the input of phosphorus to Newfound Lake. Measures of Success: Completion of three large scale stormwater projects, 18 small-scale private homeowner projects, engineering plans for addressing bank erosion in Atwell Brook, and a prioritized list of stream crossings. Deliverable 3: Document completion of each large-scale BMP, yearly summary of small scale BMP projects, summary of Shore Drive engineering plans, and a summarized list of all stream crossings and their priority for replacement. Operation and Maintenance (O&M plans as well as Pollutants Control Reports (PCRs) submitted to NHDES. Task 15A. Work with the selected consultant to develop conceptual plans for the erosion and stormwater management problems on Shore Drive, Bristol.
