Task 1. Gap Analysis & State Resilience Goal Development To be accomplished through meetings of the Resilience EC4 Subgroup, RI Resilience Partner Group, and Municipal & Community Resilience Stakeholders (including MRP Resilience Teams) facilitated by RIDEM January-March 2025. Information will be compiled by the consultant, who will provide a draft of the 2025 State Climate Resilience Goals for the 3 groups to review by March 2025, with finalization and approval of the 3 groups by April 2025. Each Goal will have a designated agency lead, timeline, and potential funding source. Deliverables to include: • Analysis of 2024 Resilience Report – outline strengths, weaknesses, gaps. • State agency adaptive capacity analysis • Review of Resilient Rhody 2018 goals and 2024 State Hazard Mitigation Plan, • Development of 2025 State Climate Resilience Goals, for review & approval by RIDEM, Resilience EC4 Subgroup, RI Resilience Partner Group, and Municipal & Community Resilience Stakeholders
