Services must include a job analysis that utilizes a combination of three (3) or more techniques to determine dimensions, competencies, attributes, and job performance indices that are relevant to job success. Services must utilize analysis to create more than ten (10) or more measurable dimensions. Vendor must utilize multiple assessments including interviews, questionnaires, sociometric devices, and more than two (2) simulations. Vendor utilizes five (5) or more qualified assessors.
