Inspections 1. The Contractor is required to inform the site Plant Maintenance Manager or HVAC Supervisor of the date and time work will be ready for inspection as well as the nature of the inspection. 2. Monthly units are to be inspected and all problems identified to the Plant Manager or HVAC Supervisor. 3. Inspections of Contractor’s work are conducted at the discretion of the Plant Maintenance Manager and, when inspected, will occur within five working days post filter change date. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying all installed equipment meets or exceeds the factory settings and performance standards, and shall produce verification of same upon installation and inspection completion. CI. Filter Changing Frequency 1. HVAC systems for patient sleeping buildings (506, 532, 533, 534 and 540) will have the filter changed monthly (eight (8) services). 2. All other building (Buildings 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 509, 518, 527, 528, 535, 536, 537, 538, 541, 542, 543, 548, 549, 550, 551, 557, 563) HVAC systems will have filter changes every other month (four (4) services). 3. Buildings with outside air dampers (Buildings 502, 505, 532 & 540) will have outside air damper filter changed (one (1) service or as needed). 4. Trip/service ticket must be signed and left with each office coordinator on each filter service performed documenting the number of filters changed.
