Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance in accordance with the Florida Department of Environment Protection and the manufacturer’s guidelines. The Contractor shall perform the preventative maintenance on a semi-annual interval. The semi-annual preventive maintenance shall include travel, labor, plus materials required to perform the service. The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance to include: 1. Ensure proper functioning of the burner and air systems to include calibration. 2. Ensure proper functioning of equipment before emissions testing occurs. 3. Conduct physical observation and operational functions. 4. Replace worn parts and accessories as needed. 5. Replace the filter annually. 6. Additional labor when repairs are required. 7. Conduct annual visual emission testing.
