This scope of work is to provide electrical repairs, maintenance, and modifications to Alabama Public Fishing Lake facilities (concession buildings, residences, etc.) at various locations throughout the specific region at the request of the Fisheries Section, Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries as follows: 1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including but not limited to wiring, circuit breakers, lighting, outlets, switches, panels, and other electrical components. 2. Install new electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and fixtures as needed. 3. Repair or replace lighting fixtures, including interior, exterior, and emergency lighting, as well as installing new fixtures as requested. 4. Repair and replace electrical equipment such as motors, pumps, and controls, including HVAC controls, as necessary. 5. Perform electrical safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvements to meet applicable codes and standards. 6. Identify and correct any electrical code violations.
