The BIDDER shall provide a detailed plan for fulfilling the following tasks: Collaboration with DOH, Maternal and Child Health Branch Work closely with the assigned MCHB representative to ensure all tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with program goals. Any purchases or reimbursements will require prior approval from MCHB. Training Program Coordination - Serve as the primary liaison for the coordination of training programs and workshops designed for maternal and child health practitioners. Responsibilities include overseeing venue arrangements, coordinating with trainers, managing vendors, and ensuring the availability of supplies and materials. Community Engagement and Support - Act as a key community link to support and engage with maternal and child health providers. Facilitate access to maternal and child health resources that respect and reflect Native Hawaiian cultural values. Create and conduct workshops, training, and informational programs dedicated to preserving cultural arts—covering music, dance, language, and song—for Native Hawaiian women and their families. Help remove barriers to participation by organizing resources like transportation and parking vouchers to support healthy outcomes for Native Hawaiian women and families. Administer payments to workshop instructors and manage reimbursements for related participant expenses such as parking and travel.
