Moving Services The Alabama Department of Public Health seeks a mover to relocate furniture/cabinets for Environmental Services Seafood Branch. Current Location: 8158 AL-59 #108 MidPoint Plaza Foley, Alabama 35635 (Storage Area is in the rear of building with large roll-up door.) The attached list of items to be moved will go to the following address: 7101 US Hwy 90, Suite 204 Daphne, Alabama 36526 Move needs to happen as soon as possible once the PO is issued. The attached list are the items to be moved. Notes: The Daphne Office is on the 2nd Floor. The 2 Conference tables cannot be disassembled. (They will not fit in the elevator & vendor will need to use the stairs to get them in). Bookcases are tall & may not fit in elevator. There is no water line on the refrigerator. Please quote for the entire move. Vendor must be insurance and licensed and ADPH reserves the right to ask for proof if needed. ADPH reserves the right to not award based on budget restrictions.
