. ASU seeks proposals for the following digital accessibility services. We recognize that some vendors may specialize in specific areas and may not offer all listed services. Our goal is to establish a pool of qualified providers; therefore, each proposer should address each service scope, indicating whether it is included in their offerings. ● Manual Accessibility Audits: Perform detailed manual accessibility audits of ASU’s web and mobile platforms, identifying areas of non-compliance with WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and other relevant standards. ● Remediation: Provide repairs and fix identified accessibility issues and/or provide solutions and support so ASU employees can address repairs and fix identified accessibility issues. ● Consulting: Provide consultations in areas such as accessibility strategy, content creation, design, and development as well as advising ASU on integrating accessibility requirements into new digital projects from the initial development stages. ● Accessibility Training: Deliver training for ASU staff on best practices for maintaining accessible web and mobile content, including creating accessible digital materials and design standards.
