1. Project management and management of subcontractors in relation to the work specified herein. 2. Review the Wastewater Master Plan and Westside Facility Plan’s projected supply demands as it becomes available. 3. The design of a new headworks facility of adequate capacity to supply treated water to the Missouri River. 4. Conditional assessments within the existing Westside Treatment Plant. 5. Perform health and safety risk evaluation within the existing Westside Treatment Plant. 6. BIM model updates. 7. Cost effective project phasing. 8. Updates to process and equipment PFD’s and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s). 9. Prepare a risk management plan to ensure that continuous site operations will be maintained during construction. 10. DP shall use e-Builder document management system. 11. DP shall use a scheduling system such as Microsoft Project or P6. 12. DP shall provide an S curve with invoice. 13. DP shall submit meeting agendas and expected DP attendees at least 3 days prior to each meeting and distribute draft meeting minutes within one business day of the meeting. 14. DP shall review existing geotechnical reports and indicate if additional borings are necessary. 15. Any I&C work will be performed per WWTP I&C standards. 16. DP shall prepare a recommendation for phasing for proposed work and recommendation on delivery methods based on constructability, risk, funding, uncertainty of projects, and other recommended factors.
