Montana State University Procurement & Contract Services is considering a request to award a Sole Source contract to Blue Halo LLC (formally SR Technologies) for Electromagnetic Dismounted Backpack Systems, consisting of specific mission specific components. The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements: Description of Service or Product required: Include an explanation 1. Uses existing designs to provide additional evaluation samples. 2. Interoperable with existing hardware, software and Base Kit within existing weight, operating and storage temperatures, environmental conditions parameters. 3. M-Code GPS integration, night vision capabilities. 4. Compatible with CMOSS and SOSA standards. 5. Hardshell transit case 6. Must meet program specific classified requirements for interface and timing.
