District is seeking a rounding application that will enhance human interactions, cultivate an understanding of trends during a round, resolve service alerts in real-time, and provide reward and recognition options. The premise for acquiring a rounding software application is to leverage service operations via a digital tool to assist in closing service gap variations and building trust. The scope is centered on elevating the patient and employee experience, alongside our High Reliability Organization (HRO) journey improving safety, quality, and environment-of-care metrics. The rounding tool must have interfacing capabilities between EPIC and HRIS to elevate rounding practices, dashboard reporting, and goal setting. The tool will facilitate the measurement of what is being managed via the practice of purposeful rounding. The selected rounding application will increase Parkland’s ICARE platform values of visibility and facetime between leaders, workforce, and patients to create human touchpoints that translate into improved human experiences.
