A. For MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES – 1. Specialized experience, qualifications and technical competence of the Respondent, its principals, project manager and key staff; 2. Ability of the Respondent to provide innovative solutions; 3. Overall approach to the project services and any unusual problems anticipated; 4. The capacity and capability of the organization to perform the work within the time limitations; 5. Past record and performance of the organization with respect to schedule compliance, cost control, and quality of work; 6. Proximity of the organization to the City; 7. Fees or fee structure as may be appropriate for the service to be provided; 8. Availability of financial and operating resources as required to complete the work; 9. M/WBE and/or DBE participation; 10. Ability of the Respondent to meet statutory or ordinance requirements; 11. Other relevant criteria as may be developed by the Department of Health (such as the scoring as set forth below) or developed by the Selection Committee with regards to future proposal requirements. One such relevant, though not determinative, consideration will be the organization’s commitment to the City of St. Louis.
