1. Furnish and install all Signage as shown on the attached drawings and as specified herein, as required for complete and proper installation. The Signage Contractor is obligated to provide all pieces of Signage that are depicted on the bid documents, regardless of the quantities that they provide on the bid forms. 2. Signage responsibilities are defined as follows: All new products are to be provided. See attached documents. Delivery and installation of product can commence early Summer 2025 (verify ship date at time of order). Installation for subsequent phases will be identified. Substantial completion of all levels is targeted for August 2025. 3. The Signage Contractor will be required to be an active participant in providing preconstruction services to the Client and Interior Designer related to development of detailed scope and schedules. The Signage Contractor will be required to develop detailed schedules to accomplish the installation, and to achieve milestone, substantial and final completion dates. 4. The Signage Contractor shall take responsibility for the management of the delivery and assembly of Signage identified herein, their subcontractors, and other services as described in the attached documents. 5. The services designated herein reflect full Signage services including, but not limited to, installation drawings and detailing, procurement and installation, submittal reviews, construction phase meetings and field supervision. The project will require close coordination with City of Janesville management consultants, contractors, and other members of the project team to ensure completeness and continuity of services. 6. The Signage Contractor shall include all services in the base proposal amount as they shall deem appropriate to complete all items for the scope of work described herein whether specifically described or not.
