Anticipated Services Anticipated services may include, but are not limited to: I. Engineering Design and Permitting: · Design a Class I landfill that complies with requirements of Chapter 62-701 Florida Administrative Code, the Polk County Land Development Code (LDC) and any other applicable regulation. · Review, modify, and/or obtain a Conditional Use permit from Polk County Land Development. · Apply for a solid waste construction permit, preparing all associated documentation for construction, operation and closure (including long-term care) of the landfill. This documentation includes but is not limited to: hydrogeological and geotechnical investigations, groundwater and landfill gas migration monitoring, stormwater management system design, design engineering calculations and report, fill sequence plans, financial assurance cost estimates, roadway and infrastructure design, leachate collection and removal system design and conceptual final cover design (including landfill gas management). · Modify or apply for an ERP permit that addresses stormwater management and wetland impacts in the Phase IV area. · Modify or apply for a US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) permit if needed. · Prepare and submit signed and sealed documentation in response to FDEP Request(s) for Additional Information (RAI) as needed.
