Hardware: • Integrated high resolution digital camera with external flash capability, and PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) capability as needed; • Integrated single- and double-sided Card Printer with high quality photos, graphics, and signature; • Edge to Edge Card Printing: where the print-head comes in direct contact with the card; • Printing that includes overlay, laminate and ultraviolet ribbons; • Zebra ZXP Series 7 • System that supports multi-technology photo ID cards as desired, (e.g. magnetic strip, and barcode); • Ability to produce and print on standard cards with glossy finish. Accessories and Supplies: • Tripod, backdrop, frame; • Standard cards with glossy finish and magnetic strip if desired; • Startup supplies (e.g., cards, printer ribbons, etc.); • Badge holders, neck lanyards, visitor passes; • Other necessary supplies identified by bidder. Software: • Software should integrate with Windows 7; • Must include all necessary software licenses for system operation; • Must be able to print IDs instantly; • Card system will permit integration with existing DOC in-house systems; • Software package that allows DOC to produce multiple card styles and looks as desired; • Software package that allows monochrome of full color text, graphics, photo quality images, magnetic encoding as desired, etc.; • Automatic picture cropping; • Software that will allow data exchange with other platforms (Excel, Access, etc.). Services: • System setup; • Training on photo ID supplies, software graphics and card design capabilities; • Equipment maintenance and repair, including maintenance of the existing system, Zebra ZXP Series 7
