Contractor’s Work shall demonstrate a thorough understanding of Medicaid and CHP+ Member medical, social, economic, family and other needs, in addition to Medicaid and CHP+ federal and state laws, rules and regulations. 3.1.2. Contractor shall ensure a successful implementation of the Contract utilizing qualified staff members to provide expertise, complete all Work and additional required tasks and communicate effectively with the Department and stakeholders. 3.1.3. Contractor shall work collaboratively with the Department, previous and current Contractors, Providers, and other Department-identified stakeholders to prevent any interruption in services for Health First Colorado (HFC) Members. Implementation Period Requirements 3.1.6.1. Contractor shall provide, utilize, and maintain a web-based system to carry out all Skilled Nurse Assessor technological functions and activities described in this contract. 3.1.6.2. Contractors web-based system shall include the following technological functions and activities, at a minimum: 3.1.6.2.1. Be scalable and adjustable to accommodate an increase in PDN, LTHH, and HMA populations 3.1.6.2.2. Remain compatible with Department systems and processes 3.1.6.2.3. Comply with federal and State rules and regulations.
