Use all avenues of communication to retrieve missing dispositions from all Nevada municipal, justice and district courts, as well as all Nevada city attorney and district attorney offices. Date of time period for disposition retrieval is 1986-2021. Vendor shall retrieve dispositions for denied, dismissed, pled guilty, found guilty, deferred judgement and amended judgements, etc. Vendor shall use all avenues available to retrieve dispositions, such as in person, e-court websites, phone calls, fax requests to courts and city/district attorneys’ offices, etc. Communication with the program manager shall be ongoing, at least on a weekly basis for the first two months; bi-weekly after the first two months; or an as-needed basis. The chosen vendor and assigned vendor employees must submit to a fingerprint-based background and warrants check prior to commencing work under the awarded contract. Any vendor employees who will be performing disposition retrieval for the duration of the contract must also submit to a fingerprint-based background and warrants check prior to accessing criminal history record information.
