A. Preparation of plans, specifications, construction contract documents, cost estimates and engineer's reports; provision and/or coordination of special services such as testing surveying and Program Management Services. B. Architectural services, as needed, to design or modify new and existing structures, including plans, specifications and construction management, as needed. C. Construction review, construction administration services and construction management, as needed. D. Provide those same services, in full or in part, for those projects which may not qualify for grants. E. Planning projects, such as Land Use Planning, FAA Regulation FAR Part 150 Studies, and Environmental Assessments for airport development. F. Aviation planning and engineering services, as needed. G. Land Acquisition services, as needed. H. Services to comply with Federal Regulations.
