The CONTRACTOR shall provide ITS Services for planning, design, and operations to complete the Project Assignments including, but not limited to the following: 1. Prepare construction plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) or Request for Proposals (RFP) for various ITS projects in accordance with State Highways and Federal Highway procedures and requirements. 2. Support the preparation of PS&E or RFP for various roadway projects that may have ITS related components in accordance with State Highways and Federal Highway procedures and requirements. 3. Obtaining and reviewing “as-built” plans and records on file with the Department of Transportation Highways, and “as-built” plans with other agencies and utility companies. 4. Coordinating all activities with the Traffic Branch and attending all project coordination meetings concerning the work required under the Project Assignments. 5. Coordinating all work with applicable government agencies and utility companies.
