At a minimum, Contractor must provide and meet the following responsibilities: A. Vendor must provide a single point of contact (Account Manager) to administer the Agreement. B. Vendor must maintain Minimum Qualifications as stated in bid for the term of Agreement. C. Vendor must not perform any major repairs or bid for repair work on any vessel in the Vendor's possession as result of this Agreement. D. Vendor must provide sufficient staffing to responsively perform the work described herein for the duration Agreement. E. Vendor must provide a record of towing and storage of vessels sufficient to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement. F. Vendor must provide drivers/boat captains that meet all state and federal laws, requirements, licensing, and certifications. G. Vendor must provide access to records of towing and storage of vessels available for inspection by the Marine Unit during normal business hours. H. Vendor must provide release of personal property within the vessel to authorized persons, except items installed in or attached to the vessel. I.
