The selected vendor will: 1. Design and Engineering: o Collaborate with the District and the District’s Integrator to understand technical requirements. The District will provide general design information for the panels to the Vendor. o Provide the District with a firm price for panel construction once a panel has been released to the Vendor via a Work Order. o Provide detailed design drawings for approval, when requested. 2. Manufacturing and Assembly: o Build electrical panels based on the approved designs. o The District or its representative may provide parts for use in the panel as it deems appropriate. All other materials will be procured by the Vendor. District procured items will be stipulated in the Work Order. o Ensure compliance with NEC, UL, NEMA, and other applicable standards. 3.
