The successful Offeror shall: 1. Provide staff to support CDPHE-led clinics including: a. Licensed clinical Staff or authorized staff who have been delegated to perform: i. Vaccination ii. Testing iii. Treatment iv. Health education v. Other public health services (as needed) b. Administrative support 2. Operate independently led clinics, including: a. Schedule licensed clinical and administrative staff b. Provide office equipment and supplies, including PPE and vaccine c. Schedule patient appointments using MPHC’s electronic medical record system d. Safely transport and appropriately store vaccine per CDPHE guidelines e. Administer vaccines f. Administer tests/collect specimens g. Administer medications and treatments h. Provide health education i. Enter patient data into MPHC’s electronic medical record system j. Provide daily reporting
