It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for supporting ITS Technology improvements, as outlined in the plans and specifications, that include but are not limited to: (A) equipping transit shelters with various technologies such as interactive display units, digital signage at selected locations, CCTV cameras, trash cans, network switch, cellular/Wi-Fi modem, and impact detectors, (B) Connected vehicle system with dual mode roadside units (RSUs), (C) Pedestrian detection system at five (5) geographic locations - two (2) signalized intersections and three (3) mid-block crossings, (D) RTC data hub interfaces, (E) Security credential management system, and (F) complete integration and testing of all components and subsystems to verify compliance.
