• Reach and engage with individuals to inform how they will gain access to the program, including proposed hours and services. • Deliver telephonic/telehealth buprenorphine access services. • Plan for the distribution of overdose reversal medications to all patients as appropriate to the proposed project. • Incorporate harm reduction, case management, care coordination, wraparound recovery supports and other treatment services into the proposed project. • Coordinate access to services in the community such as treatment providers, physicians, pharmacies, recovery services, meet exclusionary criteria for Low Threshold. • Ensure that pregnant women receive priority treatment services. • Ensure participants receive a Clinical Opioid Withdrawal Scale/Subjective Opioid Withdrawal Scale (COWS/SOWS) and are being educated on dosing of buprenorphine for induction and stabilization. • Ensure prescribers have completed the necessary training to prescribe buprenorphine. • Address potential medication diversion or misuse.
