The Oklahoma State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (OSU) is seeking proposals for ticket purchases in accordance with the following terms. 1.1 OSU sells tickets to athletic events hosted on its campus involving OSU intercollegiate athletic teams. Some individuals do not buy season tickets and prefer to purchase tickets on the internet through the secondary market. 1.2 OSU desires to enter into a contract with one vendor who will agree to purchase tickets from OSU primarily for sale on the secondary market. OSU will not sell tickets to other third parties if OSU believes the tickets are being purchased primarily for sale on the secondary market. 1.3 Agreement will be established based on a combination of the “Best Value” bid submitted. Oklahoma State University reserves the right to obtain any information required, in accordance with this bid, for evaluation.
