Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Eye4Media, Inc. for a three (3) year period at a total cost of $224,352.00, for ongoing and as-needed multimedia production services for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court. These services include filming, editing, script development, and talent coordination, which supports the agency’s initiatives and communication needs. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(30) of the County’s Procurement Policy as Eye4Media, Inc. possesses the specialized expertise, knowledge, and extensive experienced required to meet the 13th Judicial Circuits’ unique multimedia production needs. Eye4Media has provided multimedia services to the agency for over 14 years, including filming, editing and script development tailored to judicial initiatives. Their familiarity with the agency’s processes, policies, and protocols ensures high-quality, customized media solutions enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, and to not disrupt court operations.
