1. The Contractor shall perform Work and furnish materials, labor, tools, equipment or services that may be reasonably inferred as being required to produce the intended result, whether specifically called for in the Contract Documents, at no additional cost to the Agency. 2. Visible, existing improvements for which no specific disposition is made on the Plans, but which interfere with the Work, shall be removed, and disposed of by the Contractor with the prior approval of the Engineer. 3. The completed Work will provide the Agency with new widened upper sidewalk, aluminum railing, and beach access stairways as more fully described in the Drawings and the technical specifications. Provide all labor, material and equipment for the following: A. Upper Sidewalk – Pine Ave to Maple Ave: remove PCC sidewalk on grade, signage, elevated sidewalk and double tee beams, chipping out top of inverted tee beam, and removal of metal beam guardrail and construct PCC sidewalk on grade and on beams, reconstruct inverted tee beams and closure pour, and provide and install double tee beams widened 1.5 feet towards bluff; B. Upper Sidewalk – Maple Ave to Cherry Ave: remove PCC sidewalk on grade, signage, and metal beam guardrail and construct 8-inch thick structural PCC sidewalk on grade widened 1.5 feet towards bluff; C. Upper Sidewalk Railing: remove aluminum railing and rail-mounted signage, and provide and install surface-mounted and side-mounted railing, and reinstall signage;
