The consultant shall provide on-call engineering and architectural related services, including but not limited to: • feasibility/concept studies and recommendations • preliminary and design studies • project scoping • geotechnical services • research of utilities and other records • subsurface utility locating and mapping services • correspondence • preparation of reports • presentations to groups or individuals • attendance at meetings • preparation of construction plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) • preparation of erosion control and SWPP plans • surveys, including control, topographic, and staking • performing constructability reviews of project documents • technical reviews of plans or submittals • such other services as may be required by the City.
