FCC has approximately 312 medical active enrolled and 4 retirees enrolled in medical. FCC is seeking an Insurer that can provide competitive plan offerings with superior services. The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to: • Maintain or improve current benefit levels and network access. • Ensure plans offer the most competitive discount, quality of service, rates, and customer service. • Provide cost containment strategies through management programs. • Have integrated claim administration and reporting systems. • Support auditable processes and procedures. • Provide FCC benefits staff with superior customer service and support for annual enrollment; and • Provide simplified communications and easy access to information for plan participants.
