2.1. General: Vendor shall provide all the labor, materials, tools, supervision, and experience necessary to complete the work (“Work”) as described in the specifications. 2.2. Work shall be performed in accordance with industry standards. 2.3. Coordination of Work: Coordinate with Town forces to ensure that Work is completed as efficiently as possible within the guidelines of the Project Schedule. 2.4. Work will be performed in two Town of Ocean City owned locations as follows below: 2.4.1. The entire parcel of land known as the Ocean City Public Works South Tram Facility site located at 200 St. Louis Avenue, Ocean City, Maryland 21842. 2.4.2. The entire two block parcel of land known as Bayside Park in Ocean City, Maryland 21842. The site is bounded by 3RD Street to the south, Chicago Avenue to the west, 4TH Street to the north, and Philadelphia Avenue to the east. The two blocks are bisected by St. Louis Avenue. Of note, the wooden boardwalk on the west side of Chicago Avenue is not included in this scope of work. 2.4.3. A boundary overview map will be provided to Vendor for review. 2.5. Work includes weekly visits to both sites for thirty-one (31) consecutive weeks beginning the first Wednesday in April of each year. A final site visit will occur two weeks after the 31ST week to perform a detailed cutback and cleanup of each site for a total of thirty-two (32) site visits each year of the Agreement. 2.6. All Vendors submitting BID’s must represent a reputable business that has been operating for more than three (3) years and whose primary occupation is landscape maintenance. 2.7. All Vendors must provide the contact information (name, address, and telephone number) for five (5) references that can attest to the Vendor’s abilities to perform the work associated with this Request for Proposal. 2.8. Award will be based upon Vendor that provides the most responsible and responsible BID at the lowest cost.
