Annual contract to maintain and service county servers, network hardware, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, local area networks, wireless network, user access, email, data backup, and public facing computers. Computers located in either the annex or courthouse are connected via local area network. Computers in other locations are stand-alone systems. Banks County also maintains a Virtual Private Network (VPN). A maximum of ten Banks County users access the servers remotely through VPN. General Services: 1. Block sites not permitted by Banks County protocols and policies. Maintain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) 4. Staff setup/removal on server (Annex or Courthouse) and staff issued computer equipment 5. Staff email setup/removal, security, support, SPAM blocking
